I'm Derek Carroll
I run a commercial real estate bridge lending platform. I spent years at a national capital markets advisory firm, raising debt and equity for top real estate investors and developers. Â With nearly 20 years of experience, I've underwritten and analyzed hundreds (maybe thousands?) of deals across every major property type. Â I've worked on over $3 billion in transactions, helped raised capital for multi hundred million dollar blind pool funds and my personal investments include 50+ renovation projects, multifamily syndication and pre development land entitlement. Â
