I'm Derek Carroll
I run a commercial real estate bridge lending platform. Before that, I spent years at a national capital markets advisory firm, raising debt and equity for top real estate investors and developers. I've underwritten and analyzed hundreds (thousands?) of deals across every major property type. I've worked on over $3 billion in transactions, helped raised capital for multi hundred million dollar blind pool funds and my personal investments include 50+ renovation projects, multifamily syndication and pre development land entitlement.
I'm Cornell-educated, FINRA-licensed, and a NY real estate broker — but what actually matters is that I do this work every single day. I'm not teaching theory. I'm sharing what I see on my desk, on my job sites, and in my deal pipeline right now.
