I'm Derek Carroll
I run a commercial real estate bridge lending platform. I spent years at a national capital markets advisory firm, raising debt and equity for top real estate investors and developers. Â With nearly 20 years of experience, I've underwritten and analyzed hundreds (maybe thousands?) of deals across every major property type. Â I've worked on over $3 billion in transactions, helped raised capital for multi-hundred million dollar blind pool funds, and my personal investments include more than 50 renovation projects, multifamily syndication and pre development land entitlement. Â
I'm Cornell-educated, FINRA-licensed, and a NY real estate broker — but what actually matters is that I do this work every single day. I'm not teaching theory. I'm sharing what I see on my desk, on my job sites, and in my deal pipeline right now.
